1. Make your Dad take you to the beach at 7am on the first day even if it's raining! (Luckily for Daddy we had lots of sunshine after that)
2. Visit some rock pools after a flood.
You can have a photo taken with your brother there (or try to throw him in... your choice)
You can skim stones across the water with your Dad - great fun!
Having a picnic might not be possible though...
And using the BBQ could prove quite a challenge also!
3. Make new friends WHEREVER you go - I always do this, that way I don't have to play with my brother.
This is Ebony, Andrew and I checking out the yabbies Daddy is using for bait.
4. Swim in the pool until you are sunburned and wrinkly. If you can get your Dad to throw you around in there that's lots of fun too.
5. Give your Mum a break from cooking and eat out a lot. Then add chilli sauce to everything on your plate.
I TOLD my Dad it wouldn't be that hot...

I may have been mistaken.
Waitress - more apple juice please!!!!!!!!!!!
6. Do heaps of fishing.
Here I am reeling in a flathead while my Dad looks on in envy.
Here I am with the bream I caught ( I do all my casting, reeling, everything). Again my Dad looks on in envy. I enjoyed a nice fish burger for lunch that day.
Will and I had fun playing with them.

My Dad and I bought a casting net and learned how to use it. Here is one of the many toadfish I caught with it. I don't think my Dad was quite so envious of those.
Will and I had fun playing with them.
We let them all go :)
7. Do the night time tour of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

You get to hold a snake.
You can hold a crcocodile too.

Feeding the kangaroos at night is terrific - during the day they don't seem too hungry as they have been fed by so many people but at night with only 20 people in a tour they are really interested in the food. I had about 40 surrounding me for the first handful of food!
At the end of the tour there is a cool aboriginal dance show and you get home baked damper and hot chocolate.
