Let’s go look at some lights!

On the 23rd we had a special Christmas celebration with Auntie Kita. She and Mummy had a relaxing afternoon shopping, getting their nails done and having coffee. Then we had a yummy dinner and opened some pressies before going to look at some beautiful Christmas lights. Here we are with Auntie Kita in front of the tree… P1140322

You can lead a boy to a Horse Riding school and you CAN make him ride!!!

Harrison received a cool Birthday present from Auntie Nicole, Auntie Pam and Uncle Mike – a package of horse riding lessons :)  He has been horse riding before and loves it but these are his first official lessons.  Here is Auntie Nicole helping him get his helmet on.

Egg Hunt

Here is a quick reminder of how they looked when we first got them…

We are all very excited at the moment because our chickens are now laying eggs! We let them free range and just put them in their coop at night so Harrison has been having fun doing the daily egg hunt.  Some are laid in the coop but they have other favourite spots for laying in the yard too. Of course we don’t keep eggs in our house because of Will being allergic so most of them so far have made their way to Nannie and Grandad’s house.

Here we are weighing them – biggest one so far has been 55 grams.

Grandad enjoyed his eggs on toast!

P1140264

And luckily for Harrison, because it is school holidays he had a day at home with Mummy while Will was at Kindy so he go to enjoy two boiled eggs with some toast soldiers for dipping – yummy.
