Happy 1st Birthday Sam!!

Samuel (mostly known as Sam or Sammy) had a fantastic 1st Birthday!

Thanks so much to everyone who was a part of it :) He is one very special boy!

The invitation - we can't believe how quickly his first year has gone by.

The cake - made by Mummy and Daddy.

The birthday banner (which went outside, then inside due to the weather and when we went back outside Mummy forgot to move it!)

Some of the special people who helped to celebrate...
from left: Gary, Melanie, Shiree, Pete, Ang, Auntie Kita, Uncle Roche.

From left: Nan, Rose, Nicole, Nana Gay, Uncle Mike, Aunty Jacki, Daddy, Auntie Pam, Nannie, Grandad and Will.

We were really lucky that the weather cleared up and all the kids (Zach, Rose, Mitchell, Andrew, Angus, Molly, Lachlan, Brayden, Riley, Harry and Will) were able to have a good play.

A cool present from Auntie Kita and Uncle Roche (they spoil me and my brothers to pieces!)

Time for some cake - I needed my brothers to help me blow out the candles.

Yep - it tasted as good as it looked...in fact, it was so good that I even managed to eat my brother Will's piece as well!

Something else that is special about my birthday is that I share it with my Daddy. I think he thought Mummy had fogotten him but there was a cake for him too.

And a present to match :)

On Daddy and Sammy's "real" birthday they shared a cake. They are exactly 30 years apart so we figured the number one candle was for Sam and Daddy has to add the 30 and the 1 together!

There were even some more presents to open. Harrison and Will gladly helped with that task.

Here I am with all my presents!

I really jump about well on my musical Zebra already.

And I am trying hard to scoot along too!
Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe Sam is a year old already! Where did this past year go? Happy Birthday Sam!

I think Sam prefered the bark he was eating off the pathway better than the birthday cake.
